Integration of Fire Safety System in Domestic Buildings using Wireless Sensor Network

Abstract

Most of the people especially elder people tend to forget things which may create safety problems for people around them and for themselves .Wireless sensor network is used in smart home control to keep them safe . A Wireless Sensor Network consists of large number of sensor note that are used to measure some physiological parameters. The latest development in WSNs is Smart homes.These smart homes has many devices that senses the needed parameters and also characteristics of the home .Zigbee is well suited for smart homes and in automation systems .Zigbee has several advantages like cost is less , power required is low , reduced complexity . sensors like gas sensors , temperature sensor , short circuit detection unit are used to find the danger.
