Abstract

This paper discusses the design and implementation of farm automation system using microcontroller PIC 16F877 and RF module. The main aim of this project is real time monitoring of farm considering the parameters of soil, water, and sunlight intensity. This system includes micro-controller PIC 16F877, CC2500 Transceiver RF module, soil hygrometer humidity detection module, water level controller circuit, LDR as sensor for sunlight intensity, relay module switching on and offfor pump,16*2 LCD display, and DC motor for wind speed measurement.
