5 'S' is a one of the management tools which is applicable to everywhere. This tool is helpful to improve workplace of the industry and simultaneously improvement of productivity by reduction in various small-small defects. ALLIANCE INDUSTRIES is one of the leading manufacturers of electrical components like relays. In recent trend customer?s demand are changing very frequently. This paper purpose the application of 5 'S' and implementation in the small scale industry. These tools help in reduction of defect and enhancement of productivity of ALLIANCE INDUSTRIES.
