Abstract

In any democratic country like India, Election through people?s voting is carried out to the elect the person of particular area. But, this process involves more human efforts, time consuming, costlier and inefficient. So to overcome these problems, many systems have been suggested but they have certain limitations regarding security. So we proposed the idea to have a system in which data security is our main concern, no more human efforts, and election will carry within a specific time and in cheaper manner. No person has to go to election booth for electing person. They can use their personal mobile number to have their right to elect. Almost all individual Indian have their personal mobile phones and which is linked with Aadhar card. So we can use database of Aadhar center in election. The proposed model is based on hybrid cryptosystem. Hybrid cryptosystem is the public-key cryptosystem which is convenient in that they don?t require the sender and receiver to share a common secret in order to communicate securely.
