Abstract

There are many automotive systems have been developed in the world. Automatic sliding door performs for closing and opening the door automatic through operator and power supply for module circuit. This paper represents the design and modification of automatic sliding door to increase capacity and in the sliding door operator. So, load acting on the component which is used in sliding door is very essential part to modified the system. This paper also shows the design and modification of load acting on component of automatic sliding door system. The design and modified automatic sliding door with comparison to existing component design. In this paper develop 3D model CATIA V5 and ANSYS v16 is used for the FEA analysis.
